President Henry Fernandez Under the leadership of Student Body President Henry Fernandez, the 1968-69 Stu- dent Council worked to improve Fowler High School, The main effort of the Student Council was to unite all groups ofthe school. To accomplish this, the possibility of estab- lishing a House of Representative was frequently discussed at Student Council meetings. Besides this, these elected and appointed officers went about their regular duties, such as planning assemblies, coordinating student projects, and working with the administra- tion to improve the school. Garcia, J. Acosta, The personnel at Fowler High School are the people behind the scenes . The cooks serve nutritious meals to the stu- dents. The bus drivers provide a means of transportation to and from school and special activi- ties. The janitors clean the school and make the necessary daily repairs.
