Row l Esther Frazier, hleanora Lageman, Julianne Bradley, Alene Nahieu, Regina Beckerman, Lorraine Callahan, Floydene Barger, Betty Salmon, Row 2 Miss Nurse, John hlldebrand, Dorothy Foster, Lucille Klein, Leola Marrs, Marjorie Glendening, Mildred Lampe, Irvin Sobba, Ur Hildyard, Row 5 Ralph Husmann, Leverne Huslig, Lloyd Klein, Ervin Hill, Wayne Cheney, Ray walker, Roy Marrs The class of '42 enrolled in Fowler High School as Juniors with twenty three members At the first class meeting John Hildebrand w s elected DP8SlQ9Ut Ervin Hill vice oresldent Lucille Klein secretary treasurer and Julianne Bradley class reporter Miss Thelma Nulse and Mr Arthur Hlldyard were chosen as the class The fall picnic was held at the Meade City Park The Juniors and the teachers oresent enjoyed both the games and the wiener roast which followed To make money for the spring banouet they presented a three act comedy nwinning Winnie ' which was directed by Miss Nurse and Mr Hlldyard This play was given December 16 1940 It was well received by the audience The juniors had tnelr class oarty at the high school on Janualy 28 The evening was spent in slaying games, after which everyone enjoyed the refreshments that were served The Junior senior banquet was the high light of the year juniors and the sponsors worked diligently to give the seniors a banouet they would always remember The annual Junior senior spring picnic was held nesr the close of school Everyone had a good time A successful school year ended when the juniors escorted the Seniors down the aisle on commencement night 6 v 4 ' Y V - . . . f ' ' y ': f a . 1 2 'l 1 .. , D 1 .
