Text from Pages 1 - 68 of the 1953 volume:

M DEDICATION First we dedicate this annual to us, the SENIOR CLASS, because that's who we love most.-Secondly to our sponsor, Mrs. Lowrey and Mr. Cook, our Superintendent, whom we love next best, because they have been much help to us. This page is in memory of a great and good man, C. W. Wright, affectionately known as Lum, who passed on to his reward in 1952. He served as a school board member for years and was president of the Fountain Lake School Board at the time of his death. The memory of his place and work here for the good of our school will never, never die.
