NINETEEN THIRTY-EIGHT MEM OIRS Glee Club HE Boys' and Girls' Glee Clubs were combined into one group this year under the leadership of Miss Mary Robin- son. This club furnished entertainment for assembly pro- grams, P. T. A. meetings, and other school events. Inasmuch as no operetta was planned for this year, the most important events were the Christmas Cantata and their participation in the annual spring music festival. An orchestra, led by Mr. Miller, furnished the music. The Glee Clubs sang the cantata The Childe Jesus , while the Nativity story was portrayed in tableaux, arranged by Mr. Brown. The program consisted of the following: 1. The Annunciation 2. Apparition to the Shepherds 3. The Shepherds Journey to Bethlehem 4. The Wise Men 5. The Holy Family 6. Wise Men at the Manger 7.
