Culter Norris takes a nap on the way back from one of the FFA trips. FFA gives students the chance to meet new people and to enjoy themselves with others. FFA eats high on the hog at the National FFA Convention in Kansas City, Missouri. FFA has been very active this year. They had their several activities that keep them on their toes. They were busy with fairs and live stock shows also. They attended the Miller County Fair, Third District Live- stock Show at Hope, Ark, the 4 States Fair at Texarkana, and Arkansas Junior Catt- lemen's Association Livestock Show at Conway, Ark. They were involved in the Blacklands Sub Area Leadership and Judg- ing Contest and the Southwest District FFA Leadership and Judging Contests. For the first time in the history of our FFA Chapter, they went to the National FFA Convention in Kansas City, Missouri. Thanks Mr. Jones and FFA for a job well done!! GRAND CHAMPIONS
