I8-Auditorium turns into The En- chanted Forestn for another student council film. 20-Upper Arlington choir presents an assembly here. 22-All-Sports Dance. l-low light those athletes are on their feet. Superior ratings at district Science Day go to Wesleyan for the State contest. 28-Choir returns the honor by singing for a program at Upper Arlington. MAY 4-George Bowie, a lecturer, presented a very interesting assembly. 6-Seniors last dramatic fling, the class play. I3-Ul..et Me Call You Sweetheart , Hi-Y dance. I8-Senior High receives the awards for all the hard work they've done this year. 25-junior l-ligh's turn today. 27-Not a dramatic fling, but a fling --, Senior assembly. 29-Baccalaureate-Need we say more? 3l-juniors show appreciation and re- spect Ol to the Seniors by giving them the best prom ever. JUNE I-Commencement-Paul Elbin, pres- ident of West Liberty State College in West Virginia, speaks to the seniors. Soon they find themselves no longer a part of the school itself, but on the alumni list. 3-The doors bang shut on another successful year at Fostoria High School.

However, the student body can congratulate itself on the fine show of good sportsmanship. School is dismissed in honor of George Washington's birthday. 23-Finally! The wrestlers scalp Toledo Central, 26-I9. 24-National Honor taps 24 new mem- bers. 26-Wrestling squad enters state tourney at Cleveland. 25-National Honor sponsors World Day of Prayer assembly. Rev.W. O. Keeler gives meditation. Don Saliers, Susan Bender, and Kris Harley help, too. Swap, swap, Seniors have their friend- ship pictures. 27-Don Saliers, Marv Drake, Jim Conley, john Mills, and jim lVlcClung go to Bowling Green to induct their Hi-Y chapter. MARCH I-Midnight oil runs dry as the annual staff meets its deadline. Career Day for sophomore, junior, and senior students of FHS and SWHS, spon- sored by the Kiwanis Club. 2-Spencer Irwin presents a very in- teresting lecture for the Brotherhood assembly. 5-District contest for the instrumental and vocal ensembles. 7-Y-Teens hold a Father-Daughter banquet with a St. Patrick's Day theme. Swlziaculty and Seniors fight over the basket and have a good time at the Senior-Faculty game. I3-Mr. Downs' groups make another appearance at the spring instrumental concert. I4-Frederick Sjobiarn plays the piano at another assembly program. I7-I8- Time Out for Ginger is a huge success as the junior Class Play. 20-26-Teacher-Career Week.
