Possibly, as you look back into the past, you justly feel it was a task well done, completing twelve years of hard, earnest and continuing effort. Also there may be a feeling of appreciation for the opportunity of securing the foundation ofa training designed to equip you for undertaking harder tasks and assum- ing greater responsibilities than any you have thus far experienced. The present is but a fleeting moment, soon pass- ed. And the future? Problems a plenty will stare you in the face, but they will be met and somehow solved only to have their place taken by others that appear still more challenging.
