Our student bod' has been bus' with a lon . 5 . . . . . . , ,, 5 list of successful activities from the publication of the lhg 'F to the presenta- tion of the annual play. The honor roll has grown and scholarship records are high. s llut to our fellow classmen, we must say: You have boasted with all your might and shown the big thing, School Spirit. VVithout it our school would have been dead. Without it our teams would not have come out victors nor our activi- ties a success nor our scholarship so high. Years ago in grammar school we learned: l'lI be proud of my own school and I'll make her proud of me! Our school is proud of most of its students and we should hold its banners high with School Spirit. Zlirnm the Staff XVe, the Staff of the Megaphone of 1925, cannot but feel a regret as we lay down our work for others to carry on. We have gained a world of experience: experience and knowledge that can never be wrested from us. To our successors we leave a library of troubles and woes and all good wishes for the best of suc- cess. To those who have given help or advice we are deeply grateful. VVe can never repay the debt of gratitude that we owe to our advisor, Mr. lladura. To his untiring efforts and superhuman patience, we give all the credit for the success of the 1925 Megaphone. The staff also wishes to acknowledge the most helpful aid of Mrs. Clarke in gathering Alumni material. We wish to extend our greatest thanks to her for making this section of the book possible. To Miss Snider, head of the English Department. and Miss Stanley, chief of the Art Department, we wish to express our thanks for their valuable aid in the preparation of material for this book. To all others who have boosted and worked: Thank you! ? Page Five
