The day pastoral ministries students speak is always a good day to be in chapel. The sermons are filled with examples from a students perspective and speak to the problems of the here and now. For example, Kent Fahl in his sermon on Caleb asked us if we were facing our classes bravely and reminded us not to let our school work take control of us. Tackle your walled cities and tear them down because God is with you. Others that spoke this year are Truman Livengood, Angie Binkley, Al Peck, Phil Reynolds, Brian Allison. Bill Ritter, and David Schenker. 2 Never was I told when I became a Christian that I would have to give up unrighteous gar- ments for battle fatiguesf'-Truman Liven- good Y ,Q- Z L I-Truman Livengood 2-Angie Hlnl-:lcv +-David Schenker 4-Brian Allison U l They will be converted when they see the relationship not the religionship . . . when you experience the gifts of the Spirit, others should experience the fruit ofthe Spirit from you. -Bill Ritter H t'-if-if i- --- v- --v--:ff --vi.. -.-,ff ,. -Q--,-1 ---- --. v

Every chapel there is good music. Sometimes the great organ music is hardly heard as we come in and talk to one another. But after the call to worship there is usually a hymn with words and melody that stick in our mind long after chapel is over, such as Great Is Thy Faithfulnessu or Wonderful Grace of jesus. The special music is often a heartfelt testimony or a song ofpraise. Sometimes the song is not sung with a tape but is an original composition. 1 ...B-,., ,.ia11l:'-flh Tffiipi
