Exercise! All I do is Exercise! This might be the sentiment voiced by a student enrolled in an ordinary Physical Education Course. However, since it is true that all Work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, the physical education courses do not only meet the student's need for regular bodily exercise, but also endeavor to teach the student the basic fundamentals of the common American sports through competitive participation.
