Well- known for his ability as a leader, Dr. Witmer has been president of the college for ten years, serving previously as dean and registrar. He is a graduate of Fort Wayne Bible College, Taylor University and the Winona Lake School of Theology, he holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Chicago and the Doctor of Laws degree from Wheaton College.
