Ulm, , Q 'amy The Governing Board, made up of twelve trustees and the president of the college, is delegated by the Missionary Church Association to administer affairs of the college. Serving primarily in the areas of policy and maior legislation, the board also appoints all officers and full-time faculty members, holds college property in trust and is responsible for financial affairs. Four denominations: The Missionary Church Association, Christian Union, Christian Missionary Alliance, and Evangelical Mennonite are represented. 4 Qzwliq Memlefui S. A. WITMER, A.B., M.A., LL.D., Ph.D. President, Professor Dr. S. A, Witmer lives a lite motivated and directed by the Lord Jesus Christ. Well- known for his ability as a leader, Dr. Witmer has been president of the college for ten years, serving previously as dean and registrar. He is a graduate of Fort Wayne Bible College, Taylor University and the Winona Lake School of Theology, he holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Chicago and the Doctor of Laws degree from Wheaton College.
