In the past halt-century the building has been a silent listener to varied discussions. Subjects range from theology to world affairs, from daily duties to future service. Schultz also houses the college library, laundry, and several classrooms. The biggest, oldest, and best dorm commands a warm spot in each of our hearts, and will always remain in the memories of the men who lived and learned here. XT-.. ' Jia!! After two years of being explored and tested, Leightner Hall is settling down to the normal life ofa women's dormitory. Formerly a private home, the building was purchased by the college in the summer of 1954 and that fall a bevy of active co-eds moved in, second and third floors became dormitory rooms and the first floor lent itself for an attractive apartment and faculty lounge. On the corner of Indiana and Rudisill opposite Founders Memorial, Leightner would hardly be recognized as a part of the campus because of an exclusive, mansion-like appearance, but inside, a cheerful, warm atmos- phere convinces everyone that Leightner Hall very definitely belongs to Fort Wayne Bible College. sr
