The superiority of the performing choral groups of Fort Wal- ton Beach High School was unparal- leled in the region. The Voices of Val- halla, Valkyries and Concert Chorus held a series of concerts at the school. Each was a full-flavored musi- cal affair, showing the versatility of tal- ent among the organi- zations. The high opinion of local resi- dents of the groups was shared by judges at contests, as all the groups brought the highest ratings. Members of Concert Chorus as- semble to practice for district contest. At a winter concert, the director of all choral groups, Mr. Don Hicks, leads the girls in song.
