Fort Vancouver's drama department helped to present three one act plays titled All American Boy , The Monkey's Paw , and Gloria Mundi , to the students. Port- land University also presented Shake- speare's As You Like lt . Among the various musical assemblies presented, were parts from the Christmas, Fall, and Spring Concerts, and a special music department assembly. At Christmas traditional Christmas Carols were sung, and the A Cappella choir marched through the darkened auditorium bearing small effective lights. 38 Probably one ofthe most enioyed assem- blies of the year is the Tolo Kangaroo Court assembly. Students who have vio- lated the rules of Tolo Week are called upon to pay the penalty.
