-5orevuor J When you were a child, you no doubt liked to play pretend games. Often you said to a playmate Let's pretend., . Even though those games are in the days of long ago, you may still play pretend games sometimes in the privacy of your own thoughts. You may pretehd that you are Prince Charming on your way to meet your lovely princess, or you may pretend that you are a football hero crossing the goal line for a touchdown or a Cinderella at the King's ball, or you may pretend that you are the proud graduate receiving your long-awaited diploma. Many of the events of the past year may have been forgotten, but by pretending with us through the pages of this book, you will remsmber and can relive many pleasant and humorous moments and events. So join us now, and Let's Pretend................ m emoriam The students of F.S.H.S. lost a very dear friend in the death of Mary Frances Reeves Walker on April 24. To all who knew her, Mary was a friend who was sweet, kind, considerate, and dependable. In her years at F.S.H.S. she was very active in the school activities. She was a member of the band, she was president of her class, and she was treasurer of the Student Council. She was always ready to help and to support all of the activities. Many of the upperclassmen will remember especially the Sophomore assembly program which she planned and directed. In our memories Mary will always be smiling and happy and gay. 3
