He ably helps carry the burden of the many administra- tive duties ot the school. CHARLES W. TROGDON, Dean and Principal Mr. Trogdon is new to the Fort Scott school system, but he has already proved his ability to meet the heavy administrative responsibilities of his dual position. Quietly and efficiently, he makes long-range plans for school activities and services. Interested in both taculty and student- level problems, his ability will help translate ef- fort into achievement. N

Haberbosch, Superintendent, formerly Dean and Principal of the Junior college and high school, Mr. Haberbosch was deservedly promoted to the superintendency, and officially assumed his new position in August, 1953. Believing that its public schools are a determin- ing factor in the progress of Fort Scott, he con- stantly advocated the most sensible methods of education. A community is measured by the quality of its citizenry, thus, it becomes the duty of the schools to train students to become active, competent, happy citizens for the community of tomorrow.
