Inflation is here!! The increase in the price of goods and services have doubled in some cases. Everyone is looking for dollar day specials, which are becoming increasingly harder to find. Cashiers grab a crumbled dollar bill while the customers reminisce about the time when the same item cost pennies. GAS WAR! —Eighteen cents a gallon! Funny? Sorry to say, it's no longer the truth but more like fifty to sixty cents a gallon. How people long for those days. Vacations are now limited, car pools constantly being formed, and automobile producing up to thirty-five miles a gallon selling for more than usual. Face it, fuel supplies are down and prices are up. The public may soon see gas rationing once again, or prices rising to a dollar a gallon. Anyway the needle points, the Arabs win. 4 Theme

You went away, but now you have come back. Your smile, laughter, and friendliness warms us all each and every day. We missed you so much, but now you are here to stay and see 1975 through. She was born in Bartow on January 12, 1957, and has lived in both Fort Meade and Mulberry attending schools in both. For past years at FMHS she has been active on both the annual and newspaper staffs working in photography, and has also been a member of Quill Scroll. She lives presently in Mulberry with her parents, but attends Fort Meade High. She is an animal lover, enjoys photography and is a Beatle freak. As a graduating senior at FMHS, her plans are to attend the University of South Florida next year. It's only fair we show you how we feel and so it is with warmest expressions we have dedicated this 1975 FOMEHISO to you, Ms. Janet Lynn Hall. Dedication 3
