Last Will and Testament We, the Senior Class of 1955 being in good mental condition, and of sound body, real- izing that our high school days are about over, and feeling that we are capable of dis- posing of our possessions, do hereby publish and declare this to be OUR LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, thereby destroying all former wills made by us at any time. Section I To our supervising principal and the faculty we give our deepest gratitude for bearing with us through the school years. Section II To our sponsors, we give our appreciation for their understanding and guidance during our last two years. Section ni To the Juniors, soon to be Seniors, we give our most important and valuable possessions: first, our wisdom; second, our self- satisfaction; and third, our importance as Seniors. We also will our traditional caps and gowns so they will be properly dressed for their commencement, and last but not least, tfie privilege of occupying the front seats in the auditorium. Section IV To the Sophomore Class we will our patience. This they will need next year to be able to cope with the Seniors. Section V To the young, unsophisticated Freshmen we leave our luck, which they will need as they struggle through the long years to come. Section VI To dear old FMHS, we leave the peaceful quiet caused by our absence, and any apple cores, wads of bubble gum, or crumpled notes that may be left lying around. Section VII The individuals of the Senior Class make the following bequests: REECE TAYLOR leaves his ability to sleep in class, fail tests and still play football to RAY LAMB. RICHARD SCHOONOVER leaves his used and slightly used hot rod mufflers to DAVID LEWIS MARSH. JEAN COLEMAN leaves her ability to be engaged and have a different date every other night to MARTHA BURROWS. JACKIE McDOUGALD leaves her love 'em and leave 'em ways to JENNIE FRANCES REHBINDER. NANCY BROYLES leaves all her secret loves to GLORIA JEAN MANLEY,

WINIFRED PAGE, the new Miss Solar System is currently advertising CHARLES Mc- CUE's completely new toothpaste. He uses his mother's old lye soap recipe. (Sounds like Charlie). ELVA PRINE and EARLENE LEACH have a space-motel known as Early Elves Easy Sleep. One night it is on Mars and the next it may be on Pluto. It's Portable!! JAMES BEACHAM and DOYLE POWELL now own the swankest joint on Venus. The Come and Get It rocket stop. ZOELLA LAMB now has an important job, looking after the little Lambs! RUTH ANN HEDDEN made her millions with her hit song You're in the Pasture Now. Farmers find they have more contented cows when they lull them to sleep to its melo- dious strains. On leaving the library, the first thing that catches my eye is the H W Rocket-Port. As I wander over I find the owners to be my ole Classmates, KATHRYN HANCOCK and DIANE WORTHEN. Just before we take off for the moon, I ask the rocketdess what H W stands for. Much to my amazement, it means Hope you get there, and Won't come back. While zooming through space, I discovered that ALENE HENDRICK was aboard. She is now a secretary for ROBERT WALKER'S nursery, where they are using atomic and hydrogen energy to bud oak and tangerine trees. Alene also has her own private floating office which is the reason for her trip. It seems, it floated off during the night and she is trying to find it. Things were peaceful until suddenly something whizzed by. Why, it was none other than that ole earthly speed demon, NANCY BROYLES. Oh-Oh who's this catching up with her? Why, it's a space-patrolman and none other than RICHARD SCHOONOVER. Well, ANYTHING can happen. As I land on the moon, the first thing I notice is the tall buildings (slight gravity.) The tallest of all is Jackies Jumping Jack building, a very complicated conglomeration of algebraic figures. Imagine my surprise when the owner, JACKIE McDOUGALD, tells me that REECE TAYLOR was the architect. The next place that strikes my fancy is Willies' Wild Wonder Women owned by WYLENE WILLIAMS. Their main attraction features DELORES Monroe KILPATRICK and ALENE Russell” COOK. How times have changed! Ah-how I wish my cell mates (They're still in padded cells) BARBARA HENDRICK and BARBARA YOUNG could see all this. After all this, I decided to risk ALICE MAITS' and MARJORIE CARTER'S invention-The Super Safe Space-O-Shoot, guaranteed to get you SOMEWHERE1 hope it's earth. 'Tis! There's Doc- Dess I Better Doe. Joan Burt, Class Prophet
