Electric power trains and elevates the rinis. the rudder, runs auxiliary machinery, runs ventilation motors, operates the interior communications and (ire control sys- tems, energizes the radar, and navigation equipment and through the radio provides communi- cation with other ships and shore. E Division operates and maintains all of this equipment with the exception of fire control sys- tems, radar, and radio equipment.
