One extra activity was a trip to Alamosa. Rodeo Club fpiculred below, sponsored western entertainment for the campus and club members were sponsored at regional contests.

N...-f ft? Pep Club is responsible for the spirit of Fort Lewis. The club has taken trips with the team and spurred the team on by its enthusiasm both at the games and around campus. The Hill- toppers have shown much spirit throughout the year. The team has appeared during the games in attractive uniforms to perform the peppy drills. Barbara Miller was President and Mary Sue Cisco was Secretary-Treasurer. Eloise Kirby, Sheri Gaylord, Shirley Free, and JoAnn Nyberg were Drill captains. Shirley Free was head captain.
