While challenging each orher or a Dungeon-n-Dragon game, rhe Bandjunis sisrers and Bruce Glassco discuss rheir strategies. Games Build Concentration Dealing wirh a game, rhe Dungeon -n- Dragons Club used no marerial products. Ir involved an imaginary game based on rhe world of Tolkein. The game rakes place in rhe minds of rhe players. The individual members or players rook on rhe personality of fighters, wizards, priesrs, and thieves in on imaginary world. This world was creared by a person called a dungeon masrer. He also controlled rhe acrion of rhe game as rhe players go around rhe world defeating monsters and collecting treasures The more rhe game is ployed rhe more powerful a player becomes. There are no real winners or losers in rhe game The goal is ro stay alive and learn as much as one can in rhe world he is in. Mental skills are necessary ro compere in rhe Chess Club. The United Virginia Chess Federation collected money which was then given ro high schools. The ream held rheir comperirions every fourrh or fifth week againsr orher schools. Our ream combined wirh Mr Vernon for simultaneous exhibi¬ tions. Mosr of rhe reams ' rime was spenr playing rhe game more than analyzing ir.
