Fall production displayed various talents The Curious Savage, was the first play of the year for the Fort Ftunt Drama Department. With afternoon and long night rehersals, countless hours of stage preparation, interruptions because of the football playoffs, the fall play was presented on November 18, 19, 20. The Curious Savage was a comedy in three acts relating insanity in an assylum to sanity in the outside world.

On Lincoln ' s Birthday, the Symphonic Orchestra held a guest artist concert featuring Lt. Col. Mitchell, Ret., from the Army Band; Linda Baker, bass clarinet soloist; and Amy Gordon, violin soloist. The Orchestra performed Lincoln Portrait, honoring the occasion. Clockwise from right: Beth Earl and Linda Wiggins concentrate on one of the numbers. Sophomore Amy Gordon solos on her violin. Alumna Linda Baker returns to perform a solo. The oboes contributed their part. Bassoonists Cady Stauss and Jenny Stone accompany in Lincoln Portrait. Lt. Col.
