■ K Bitter cold blends with darkness. The lights of the car glare, announcing our presence. The parade can ' t seem to get organized. Frantic and excited faces. Finally, everything is in place. The ride around the track is hysterical — at first happiness and then questions fill my mind — what is it all about anyway? Walking through the column of the freezing flag corps, the announcing of the queen seems unreal. Suddenly it was all over. Relief mixed with sadness. Homecoming 15
