Jellison Is Hays Mayor; Two New Men Join Staff Dr. Bill Jellison, FHS dean of students, was elected in April by the Hays City Commission to the position of Mayor of Hays. Jellison, a guidance and student personnel specialist, has been serving as dean of men since 1966. He is the first college administrator to hold a public office in the city of Hays. Two new faces in the administration office are those of Robert Maxwell and Milford Messer. Max- well, former Hays police chief, has taken over the position of associate dean of men and Messer is director of placement. Dr. Bill Jellison Jean Stouffer Robert Maxwell Dean of Students Assoc.
