Flora. New school records have been set in many events. Standouts for the cindermen include Carl Ellsworth, Ronnie Asbill, and Pope Lawson in sprints, Ricky Praete in the 440, Jay Pearson in the half-mile, and Bob Neely in the pole vault and the shot put. The many younger boys on the team will make Flora's track squad a competitor for the seasons to come. Resting on the high-jump pit, the track team finds time for a picture.
