The Jayvees had a very successful season as the team composed of sophomores and freshmen fought their way to a 4 and 2 record. Despite many talented but green freshmen filling the gaps left by sophomores who gradu- ated to the varsity, the team showed great poise and consistently capitalized on opponents mistakes. A balanced squad with both good offense and defense was highlighted by many sophomores who are sure to be valu- able additions to the varsity next season. Coach Jay Herman J.V. FOOTBALL L, to R. As a team they never quit working and with a few breaks could have been one of the real great teams Fort Benton has ever produced. I wish to thank the seniors for their leadership and wish them all the best of luck in the future. Sincerely, Coach Ferguson 28 Coach Doug Ferguson
