This year, 1983, marks the tenth year that the Student Chapter of the International Data Processing Management Association has been in operation on the FTI campus. The purpose of the Student Chapter is to promote sound general principles in data processing, to study data processing equipment, and to foster among students a professional and mature attitude to their approach to the science of data processing. During 1983, the club participated in special activities, field trips, and seminars with professionals in data processing and related fields.
