Reverend Robert Freeland, Minister of Tabernacle Baptist Church, delivered the Invocation. Mr. H. M. Brown, vice-principal, introduced the guest speaker, Mr. T. C. White, Director of Education, who emphasized the importance of the years spent at school. In her reply to Mr. White, Jill Armstrong, representative of the 1955 graduating class, recalled many amusing incidents which highlighted her classmates years at Forster Collegiate. Later in the evening the mixed choir, led by Miss Cluff and accompanied by Sandra Mandzuk, sang “The Arethusa” by Thiman, “Greensleeves” arranged by W. Anderson, and “Invo¬ cation” by Bortniansky.
