A state policeman demonstrates to the drivers' education class how handcuffs are placed on a person. The freshman girls learn the fundamentals of coolring during their first year in home economics earn ing Scenes such as these were familiar every day throughout the year. Many experiments were performed by the students to further their understand- ing of particular problems. Despite a few mishaps, it could be said that much valuable information was acquired. Modern e qu i p m e n t was gratefully accepted by students in home economics, commerce, and sci- ence. Another feature was the broad- ened drivers' education program in which the students received thorough training in leaming to drive.
