To the Seniors of '56: No greater privilege hath any man than to have the love and respect of a group of fine young people like you. It has been a real joy to have had the privilege to work with and to come to know you. You have been an inspiration to me. Before this Yearbook shall enter our homes, you will have completed your high school work. I hope each of you may have the opportunity to continue your studies, in college, and will be better prepared to meet the problems that lie ahead. I hope you shall soon be employed in gainful occupations and will prove yourselves an asset to the community in which you live. As I pen this message to you, the spirit of Christmas is every where. I would suggest that you know more about the teachings of Christ Jesus and that you follow his will. Will Rogers said, I never saw a man I didn't like.
