I Viewer Strove for Quantity and Quality in News Publication Published by and for the students summed up the purpose of the Viewer. Besides' informing readers of school functions, the news- paper included any events outside or within the community that involved Forest View students. Mr. Richard Carey and Editor Nancy King, along with Managing Editors Ron Norberg and Patti Murray, checked materials gathered by ,X Q1 the reporters in Journalism III and IV to assure -N the existence of the quality and quantity of in- formation required to produce a good news- i paper. Frequently, Journalism I and II students contributed assignments which, when edited, sup- plemented an issue. Every Viewer contained a news page, serious and light features pages, and a sports page. Editorials, poems, Falcon Flubbers, and horoscopes provided varied reading materials for all students. EDITORIAL STAFF: Bottom Row: Karen Krzyda, Gail Sch- Jan Roberts, Melissa Parsons.
