Millington Presides Over ’77 School Year School seemed as busy and crowded as ever with Mr. Millington acting as principal for the ’76-77 school year. Organizing and managing the large fac- ulty and the growing student body kept the adminis- trators busy. Assisted by Ms. Athey and Mr. Moskop. everyday problems and situations were handled well. Attendance, budgets, discipline and supervi- sion are only a few of the responsibilities they met. Community concerns were emphasized in facilitat- ing the programs at FLHS. The six member school board, chaired by Vernon Boettcher, conducted meetings every first and third Monday of each month. Topics concerning the com- munity and the school were discussed with input from interested citizens. Dr. Bernard Bartel, the su- perintendent of the Forest Lake school district, kept a watchful eye over the activities and ideas of the parents and students alike.
