FHA Stresses Vocational Ed National Future Homemakers of America Week was observed in con- junction with Vocational Education Week to stress the interdependence of home-making and wage-earning. The club’s goal is to build skills in the areas of personal growth, vocational planning, family commitment and community involvement. Experience in these areas was gained through numerous projects in school and Forest Lake. The Future Farmers of America is also a goal oriented organization. Major objectives were met through individual, school and community projects. Popular and prosperous, these included the Christmas tree sales, flower promotions and the treasure hunt during FFA Week. In- terscholastic and state fair competi- tion netted many awards for the chapter. FFA. BACK ROW: Bob Volinsky. Elizabeth Beier. Todd Pottsmith, Tim Herges. Sue Manthey. Cathy Rydeen. Julie Reed.
