At the reorganization meeting held in January Robert L. Beyer was ree- lected president of the Forest Hills School Board. Also reelected were Doroty L. Ruddek, first vice-presi- dent and Wilma Plummer, second vice-president. Other officers are William Kostan, secretary; James Wagner, assistant secretary and Shirley Partsch, trea- surer. Gilbert Caroff was reappointed as solicitor. Mark Blaisdell and James Wagner were appointed to the Pennsylvania School Board Associ- ation Legislative Policy Council. All board members, with the excep- tion of Mrs. Ruddek and two elected representatives, Mr. Beyer and Mr. Basile, will serve as alternates on the Johnstown Vo-Tech Joint Oper- ating Committee. Thomas Neff, business manager, gave a fiscal report on cafeteria, maintenance and the like at all meetings. Working in the business office were Dee Roberts, who took care of pay- roll; Millie Mitchell, who worked with the billing system, and Judy Rygel, whose chief concern was cafeteria matters. 13
