STUDENT COUNCIL Monday, March 20, 1951, was the beginning of a Student Council for the Forest High School. The first Student Council was chosen by the faculty. It Will be stated in the Constitution how the succeeding members will be chosen. This Student Council was designed for the purpose of bettering the school and helping to share a responsibility for its welfare.
