And a friendship that is ours to share, with its largos and its allegros moves everlasting, onward, in sweet memories. Truly, the school system of West Carroll Parish is progressive largely be- cause of the untiring leadership and interest of Mr. O. E. Huey who served effiCie!l!1Y as Superintendent of Parish Schools for twenty-five years. The teachers, pupils, and the Annual Staff of the Forest High School feel deeply in- debted to him for his cooperation, his understanding, and his inspirational man- ner in dealing with problems that arose from time to time.
