fbijg PON my arrival the faculty welcomed . me most cordially: cmd s1nce then the D gracious spirit of friendliness that was manifested at that delightful tea has been strengthened. This spirit of co- 'A ':':' ' li operation has resulted in a unified group with one aim-to install high ideals, right attitudes toward life, and social understandings in the student body. The students, too, by their visits to me, their smiling Good mornings, the confidences they have placed in me, the trust they have manifested towards me. the efforts they have exerted in attaining scholastic achievement, have made this first year at Foreman happy for me and, I hope, profitable for them. From time to time, throughout the year the good news of scholarship awards, implying high educa- tional attainments, have occasioned great rejoicings. Our students have been awarded prizes in English, Art, and other contests, both educational and civic. The work in every department is excellent and alto- gether the tenor of Foreman is indicative of physical, mental, moral, social, and spiritual development. To each of you I extend best wishes for success in whatever you choose as your life's work. May the ac- cumulation of the many fine things at Foreman help you to realize your fondest hopes. 6afAerine .14 Man Principal
