Considering the heavy losses to graduation last year, this year's 14-6 Varsity Basketball Team turned in a rather respectable season. After a couple early sea- son losses to Catholic Cen- tral, Divine Child, and Wayne (ranked as high as 4th in the state), the Tractors plowed through the remainder of their schedule in winning form. The team finished the season averaging 62.4 points per game while giv- ing up only 57.65. The hottest hand all year was Dan McDougall, who aver- aged 24.995 points per game, including a school record of 49 against Thur- ston. Returning for next year are Mike laquaniello, who missed part of this season, Mike Mercer, Bob Bitar and others. The future looks bright. 29
