The Girls' Swimming Team had a good season this year, as they finished with an 8-6 record. This year's captains were Karen Prusis, Teresa Keller, and Laura Lanava, the only seniors on the squad whose leadership will be missed next year. Two school records were bro- ken this year. Prusis, Keller, Amy Lance, and Stephanie Mileto broke the 400 yd freestyle relay while Keller broke the 100 yd freestyle in the league meet. Eleven swimmers return next year for Coach Hales, and among those who are expected to con- tribute heavily are Mileto, Lance, Linda Didyk, and Vanessa Byron. 24 Ciris' Swimming Girls' Swimming
