The lives of the many editors were lived from one deadline to the next, and the pile of used flashbulbs would have delighted ony small child. Month by month the copy and pictures came flooding into E 201. Page by page the book went to the printer. It was well into the new year before the first proofs began to come in. From then on the staff members had a hard time keeping their blood pressure down until the day when they could get a sneak preview of t heir efforts, for all time in the white leather they had chosen. The staff has no way of know ing where their children will go after distribution, but they can only hope, as all proud parents do, that each “child will find a good home. Editorial Staff 19
