l96l ARIES Thomas Galvin Editor-in-Chief John E. Reddy James H. MacNell Editorial Moderator Financial Moderator ln this our sanctuary we have endeavored to produce a representative of Alma Mater re- flecting the character and activities of students. ln our task we've hoped to create a lasting picture embracing the moments and fond mem- ories shared inthe halls of Fordham. Often our goal was dimmed, frequently co- ordination was impossible, but, as always, the hands of time ferreted out the countless com- plexities which inevitably arise in such an un- dertaking. And yet, it is all worthwhile if, in the years of destiny, a tear is shed or an nos- talgic smile is formed in reminiscence of the days we cherish. ln giving acknowledgements to the men and women who have made notable contributions to this publication it must be remembered that they too had additional duties to fulfill, both scholastic and otherwise. That they have per- servered and made sacrifices to put together a volume that will be recognized for years to come, a sincere appreciation is extended. Ilgmfe 5 W, ' 3' f- -
