Frank Arnone Chief Justice STUDENT receive sufficient evidence of malpractice or The Student Court has as its obiective pre- vention as well as enforcement. Although it is only in its third year of operation, it has more than adequately iustified the purpose for which it was formed. Frank Arnone, Chief Justice of the Court, has been responsible for the main officiating with administration officers and stu- dents. Although the Court deals with many types of offenses, traffic violations constitute the ma- ior portion of its iudicial proceedings. Receipt of a summons gives a violator three days in which he must pay the perscribed fine. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in sus- pension by the Dean of Men. Students who feel they have been unjustly accured or fined may appeal to the Dean of Men for a hearing in the Student Court. This procedure insures justice and fair treatment for all. The Court also has a representative associ- ate iustice from each year. Should the Court I7 mismanagement by a society, club or activity, it may subpoena the officers and books of that organization for further investigation.
