Sodality of Clur Lady of ln its two told purpose ot selt development and apostolate the Sodalityqorganized several activities with the entire student body in view. The first of these, the Mission Dance, was host to about 500 couples and their guests under the setting of a Spanish motif. The dance realized a protit which was given to the Jesuit mission in the Marshall-Caroline Islands. ln appreciation ot the tine arts, the Sodality sponsored a reception and concert with l-leidi Krahl as the guest. Within the metropolitan area the President ot the New York Archdiocesan Union ot College and Nursing School Sodalities was chosen from among the Fordham School ot Business Sodalists. Building toward the most important feature ot the Sodality program, the annual closed retreat, the Sodality chose Shrub Oak for the site. All those who took part in the retreat came to a better and fuller realization and understanding of their pur- pose here on earth and what is expected ot them as Catholics in the future. l Benediction in the Chapel.
