PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER The 1984 Cardinal is as unique as the Class of 84! For the first time, our year- book is a reflection of the entire senior year — from the first day of school to the Big Day — Graduation! Through cooperation and dedication the staff and advisors have strived to por- tray the true picture of school life at Forbes. We have used the theme of mountains to symbolize the step by step climb of the seniors through their education. The lay- out design achieves this purpose as well. It is with pride that we the Yearbook Staff present to you the 1984 Cardinal.

The Ups ... Life is full of memo- ries; good times and some times that are just better forgotten. Often, we find ourselves following the same routine, day in and day out. Other times, our lives are brightened with new faces and changing patterns. This year, Life at Forbes, was no exception. We had our ups and downs of high school, our old familiar ways and some new. The following pages are designated to remembering our school year as it was. Whatever was inadvertently missed, will always remain a part of our memories.
