SOME WORDS FROM THE FRESHMAN OFFICERS Pan! Saizo is the President of the Freshman class. This is his second year being involved in Student Government. In junior High he was Student Body President of Wells Int. Some quotes from Paul, This year I would like to see improvement in the organiza- tion in the elections of future freshman offices. I would also like to see the freshman class fund grow to a substantial amount. I will continue to run for re- election as long as I enjoy it and feel I can still be productive. jeff Watanabe, Vice President of his class has something to say. As Freshman V.P., I want to do all I can for the class of '90, I also hope to be involved with student government in the future. Tmry Morrir has a lot planned as Secretary for the class of 1990! As Secretary for the Freshman class I plan to make our remaining year as fun as possible. Fund raisers are important, because we are slightly low in budget. I hope to come across a fun and money making idea that will help us in our future years here at Foothill. Lim jenren has green in her eyes, As Treasurer I hope to see the state of the class of '90 treasury im- proved, I also want to see the students having more fun and school spirit in the future. Lisa also is cur- rently Vice-President of the Sunol 4-H Club. BEING A FRESHMAN The Freshman year is always a year of turmoil and anxiety. New faces, new school, new teachers, and a new approach are some of the things that a freshman will face. It's an exciting time for someone just out of junior High, meeting new friends who will be your classmates for the years to come. It's a time you will never forget because these are the people you'll think about when you remember your High School years. Do you remember Freshman Orientation? What were you feeling?, Excited, Nervous, Scared, Curious, Confident, Insecure or, were all of these mixed emo- rions there? Or how did your first day of High School feel? Yaa, you thought you were going to get trashed by a big, bad Senior, forget your locker combination, or maybe walk into the wrong classroom CFull of juniors of courselj. Maybe this did happen to a few of you, but it wasn't too bad now was it?just think, you can look back on it in a few years from now and laugh your head offl Or for now just get revenge on a newcoming Freshman. It all equals out! So remember to enjoy your Freshman year because there will never be one like it again. GOOD LUCK CLASS OF l99O!!! Freshman Paul Saito, President jeff Watanabe, Vice President Lisa Jensen, Treasurer Tracy Morris, Secte I O f f icers , .? ' fS234 ?4 . Y J tary
