CRADUATIO Mrs. Dattillo and Mrs. Dini congratulate daugh- ters Annzi and Joan. f' . 57, X will Four years of Catholic education are climaxed on graduation night. To the solemn strains of Pomp and Circumstancej' we arrive at commencement. Our red roses symbolize courage and our white gowns purity, as we stand fortified with Christian principles, ready to take our places in the world. Among the January graduates who have brought honor to their parents, their school, and themselves are valedictorian Maureen Corrigan, who received the General Excellence Medal and scholarships to St. John's University and Caldwell Collegeg saluta- torian Ellen Riccobono, who earned the English Medal, Evelyn Eggers, who merited the Religion Medal and a scholarship to St. John's Universityg and Joan Aberbach, who received the History Medal and a scholarship to St. Joseph's College. June graduates eagerly anticipate this traditional cere- mony held at the Academy of Music. The violinists play softly as the graduates form in line to reap the reward of four years of study. Monsignor Baldwin pre- sents the graduation medal and diploma to Mary Curley as Frances Sullivan walks across the stage to receive hers.
