'l K- Q, il v' The precious hours of study, the gay moments with chosen friends, the times of calm contentment spent in communion with Christ-all these glories of our youth in golden years swiftly rush to our minds as we watch our lives at Fontbonne unfolding before us in these pages. Happily we recall the hastily snatched lunches as we hurried to a Glee Club rehearsal, the fever pitched excitement after the basketball games, the tension of cram- ming for exams, and the hectic fun-filled days of election campaigning. With a note of sad- ness we remember, too, the Junior Dances and annual Retreats, the Communion Break- fasts and Recitals. The familiar buildings on the Campus that have silently witnessed each fleeting second-St. Joseph's, St. Martha's, the Gym- pass too quickly before our eyes.
