Through the zealous work of its members, spiritual and material gifts have been sent to the needy at home and abroad. Various activities sponsored by the LIBRARY COUNCIL W'ho worries about Irving, Chau- cer, West? Why, none other than the Fontbonne Library Council. This energetic body of Juniors elects its own officers, puts out a monthly bul- letin, takes care of all the discipline, desk work, and typing for the library. All the behind the scene work. such as mending torn covers. putting jac- kets on new books, binding maga- zines, and displaying unique ideas on the bulletin board in the library is. also taken care of by the council members. Maryann, Gemma and Marilyn are kept busy with 'tbehind the desk work.
