After much thought and consideration, the l966 FOHI staff has decided to dedicate this yearbook to two of our most deserving faculty members . Our first recipient came to Fontana High in i956 after completing seven years of teaching and coaching in the northern California area . He was born in the state of Indiana, where he graduated from Ball State Teachers College in l950. Q Since coming to Fohi, he has been active in almost every aspect of campus life. He has worked in driver training and as a baseball teacher and a trainer for all sports. And so it is with great pleasure that we dedi- cate this FOHI annual to Mr. Robert Johnston.

Dedicafions in addition to our first dedication, we have chosen another member of Fontana High's faculty and an equal- ly deserving one . A 1955 graduate of Fohi, he attend- ed the University of Southern Cali- fornia and received his degree in 1960. He began his teaching career at Fontana Junior High School before coming to Fohi in 1961. He was appointed Director of Student Activities. A few years later he be- came Assistant Principal in charge of student affairs. This individual has devoted much time and effort to understanding and solving the problems of Fohi's many students . With this we would like to conclude our final dedication to Mr. Alex Hughes, who has unselfishly devoted his time and career to Fontana High School. ..- W5 Q
